We are qualified laughter leaders running online and face-to-face, when permitted (!), laughter wellbeing events. Catherine has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. Tom is trained in neurochemistry-based coaching.
Our laughter sessions provide a unique insight into the proven positive aspects of laughter, the behavioural sciences that support it and, importantly, how to apply it. They are great fun and enjoyable. Laughter sessions are fantastic for lifting the spirits and helping you feel relaxed.
