LAUGHTER YOGA started in India in 1995 when Dr Madran Kataria observed the beneficial effects of laughter. From just five members initially Laughter Clubs have spread to 100s of countries worldwide and now with thousands of Laughter Clubs. Laughing aloud is allowed and provides a safe space to laugh deeply. Hearty laughter lowers stress levels and boosts the immune system through the use of yogic breathing and laughter exercises. This promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help reduce anxiety and improve your outlook on life.
