We are qualified laughter leaders running online and face-to-face, when permitted (!), laughter wellbeing events. Catherine is completing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology researching laughter and is a coach. Tom is trained in neurochemistry-based coaching.
Our laughter sessions provide a unique insight into the proven positive aspects of laughter, the behavioural sciences that support it and, importantly, how to apply it.
